L’Enclume

Mana quickly become Manchester’s first Michelin star restaurant since 1977 after it opened in the iconic Ancoats venue. It provides an informal dining experience that allows you to pick from multiple courses and showcases British produce at its finest throughout the year.

From silken tofu with Exmoor caviar and chicken broth to desserts made from clementines, black truffle and miso, there is a wide variety of choices on offer. The Dome is a grand and opulent restaurant located in a former bank on Edinburgh’s bustling George Street.
